Imagine Dongbei

Imagine Dongbei is an interactive mapping project sourcing historical footage of Northeast China in the early 20th century as cultural references for the locational imagination and architectural heritage of contemporary Dongbei. The project is supported by the Public Engagement Starter Fund with the research output from the Department of Architecture at the University of Cambridge.

“映象东北”是一个互动地图项目，集合20世纪初中国东北的历史影像景观，作为当代东北地方想象与建筑遗产的文化参考。该项目基于剑桥大学建筑系电影城市研究，由剑桥大学公共参与启动基金支持，现面向公众征集与历史景观相对应的东北当代市景。
